The Normandy Park Senior Living’s Art of Life Club purchased each of the Hospitality House clients a gift in honor of Mother’s Day.  The Art of Life Club meets weekly with a primary focus on community service and community engagement.   The group purchased the gifts with proceeds from scarves they made and sold over the last several months.

Kim Parks, Activities Director explained that it was important to the group that each of the women receive a personal gift.  They requested a shopping list and by using their savvy shopping skills were able to find and provide everything our ladies wanted.  The gifts were made even more special by the beautiful wrapping and card signed by all the members in the group.

Several of our ladies were brought to tears upon opening their gifts.  Hospitality House appreciates the Art of Life Club’s hard work and thoughtfulness!
